Pâté de Carciofi is an artichoke dip with a beautiful earthy flavour and a smooth buttery texture. Plus, it's also good for you, as artichokes are among the top vegetables with the highest level of antioxidants!
This versatile pâté can be teamed up with Strozzapreti tris or Orechiette pasta for a healthy vegetarian meal.
