Sweet Pepper Spread
This is a tasty and refined spread bursting with sweet flavours of red and yellow peppers, toasted almonds and raisins. It is excellent as a hot or cold side dish to white meat and grilled fish; and convenient as a healthy sandwich filler; it is especially mouth-watering with ham and cheese.
How to use:
Chicken & Crema di Peperoni wrapped in Parma Ham Recipe:
Slice open a chicken breast; fill with sweet pepper spread;
wrap with Parma ham or bacon; cover with grated cheese: mozzarella or cheddar;
add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil;
bake it in a pre-heated oven at 220 for 25/30 min.

A sauce for barbecued meat or fish dishes.
