Lumaconi is pasta shaped like the shell of a snail. They are hollow inside, and open at one end, closing in on itself at the other end. They are as large as a ping-pong ball.
How to use:
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook the pasta, drain and dress with one of our delicious sauces or pestos. Cooking time: 12-15 mins.
