IGP Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from cooked grapes must. The grapes must and wine vinegar has been aged for a long time in French oak barrels. It is also a delicious condiment to add flavour on sauces. Especially for boiled meat, grilled or cooked vegetables, fish or meat dishes, seasoned cheeses , ice-cream and chocolate ganache.
