In case you are confused, turnip tops and friarielli are often used interchangeably, although friarielli are the most tender florets.

Made following the Apulian tradition, it includes a few simple ingredients - the friarielli greens, garlic, chilli, salt, and oil. We suggest stirring it in with Belmorso Orecchiette pasta.
