Belmorso Farfalle Allegre
Categories: Pasta
Farfalle resembles the shape of bow-ties or butterflies and literally means ‘butterflies’ in Italian. Certain pasta shapes hold different sauces better than others - cheese or rich tomato sauces cling well to farfalle because it’s a relatively small pasta shape with a large surface area.
How to use:
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook the pasta, drain and dress with one of our delicious sauces or pestos. Cooking time: 12-15 mins.
