Let us present you the Amatriciana Pasta Sauce of dreams. It's made following the traditional recipe - tomato pulp, pork cheeck, black pepper and a few other ingredients.
We suggest serving it with spaghetti or bucatini.
But you don't have to stop at pasta!
How to Use Amatriciana Sauce
- Try a pan cooked chicken in amatriciana sauce.
- Use it to make a quick pasta bake with the addition of any ingredients in the fridge (maybe boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and even veggies).

Tomato pulp 60%, cured pork cheek (pork meat, salt, pepper 0,3%, garlic, preservatives: E250,252, antioxidant: 301) 35%, apple vinegar, salt, red hot pepper 0,04%.
