Our pairings follow the Italian tradition, and all these sauces have been crafted following the authentic Italian recipes. We've kept them clean, nutritious, and low in calories, so that you don't need to worry about anything. 

This Box Includes:

1 jar of Red Truffle sauce (200 gr)
1 pack of slow dried Italian artisan Penne (500 gr)

The contents of this box are enough for 3 regular pasta dishes, or four starter size.

Cooking & Serving Suggestions:

1. Boil the water for your pasta and salt it generously.
2. Once it's boiling add the penne rigate to cook following the time on the package.
3. Drain the pasta and save a ladle or two of pasta water.
4. Put the pasta back into the pot, add the sauce, and a little pasta water.
5. Add a knob of butter or two for some extra creaminess.
6. Mix over low heat for two to three minutes.
7. Take off the heat, and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
