This summer, we introduced a limited edition Peranzana EVOO - lighter, more delicate, and completely different in character from our classic extra virgin olive oils. The response surprised us. People loved it, finished it quickly, and kept coming for more.

So when the harvest came around, the decision was easy. Why not offer a Peranzana Novello - the same beloved olive variety, but pressed and bottled at the very start of the season, with all the freshness and nutritional intensity that only a Novello can deliver?

The Peranzana is one of Puglia’s most celebrated olives - so prized it is used both for oil and eaten as a fine table olive in its own right. In oil form, its character is gentle and clean. Light, smooth, with a soft fruitiness and the faintest peppery finish. Where our classic Novello is bold and assertive, the Peranzana steps back and lets the ingredients in your dish do the talking.

It is the oil you reach for when cooking fish, dressing a seafood salad, finishing a light pasta, or pouring over anything where a heavier oil would get in the way. Delicate food deserves a delicate oil.

Like all Novellos, it is pressed and bottled within hours of harvest - as fresh as olive oil gets, with its full polyphenol and antioxidant content completely intact.
