Termite Green Olives in Brine
Termite Olives are typical from our region, the sunny Puglia. Their full name is Termite di Bitetto, the latter being a town in Bari, where these olives are widely grown.
They are especially great for aperitivo, because of the delicate and slightly fizzy taste that makes them pair well with many drinks.
They are also delicious in salads, and antipasti platters. Of course, you can also use them for cooking pasta and main courses.
