How to use:
Roasted Aubergines are a perfect appetizer to be paired with a red or white wine aperitive and are a great filler for sandwiches and toastes. The best match is with beef, poultry and felafel.
Aubergines (65%), sunflower seeds oil (27%), vinegars, peppers, salt, aromatic plants (garlic, parsley, chilli). Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
