The “PGI Platinum” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from aged cooked grape must produce by Malpighi family and Wine Vinegar aged for a very long time in oak French barrels.

The ingredients to an excellent Modenese product are the climate of Modena and the selection of excellent raw materials aged in precious wood barrels.

Platinum balsamic has a deep velvety flavour, with notes of cherry and plum. It's elegant, with the amount of sweetness that complements most dishes.
