Years ago, his daughter had a little friend who came to his house nearly every day to study and play. They often invited her to stay for dinner, but she couldn't eat what pasta. So he started shopping for gluten free pasta for the entire family, to accomodate that special friend. Well, the pasta options available tasted like cardboard. That fueled his business idea to start producing his own gluten free pasta, that same pasta we've selected for you, and you are about to take home.
