How to use:
Ideal for aperitive with white wine or as apetizer. Great if used as ingredient for salads, sauces for boiled meat, fish, on pizza or on homemade bread and focaccia.
Capers (65%), water, wine vinegar (7%), salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
