This Box Includes:

1 jar of Carbonara sauce (200 gr)
1 pack of slow dried Italian artisan Linguine (500 gr)

The contents of this box are enough for 3 regular pasta dishes, or four starter size.

Cooking & Serving Suggestions:

1. Boil the water for your pasta and salt it generously.
2. Once it's boiling add the linguine to cook following the time on the package.
3. Drain the pasta and save a ladle or two of pasta water.
4. Put the pasta back into the pot, add the sauce, and a little pasta water.
5. Mix over low heat for two to three minutes.
6. Take off the heat, and serve with grated pecorino cheese (or parmesan, if you don't have it).
