We promise our cannelloni shells (some call them cannelloni tubes or just pasta tubes) are really special. They have a beautiful rough texture that helps the sauce stick rather than flow out of the tube. Plus, they retain a gorgeous bite, whether you choose to pre-boil them or cook them straight in the oven.

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook the pasta 3-5 mins, drain and stuff with your favourite filling. Place them in an oven pan, add one of our delicious sauces and cook in preheated oven until ready.
